Awesome! I'm sure they'll find an acceptable solution for you. I'm curious if Halltech will eventually release a revised box design or additional HTC specific box?

I think Halltech is looking to its vendors to help come up with a solution
Paragon Performance just called and said they got it installed. The only modification is to simply remove (1) single rivnut. The access panel goes back in place, as does the carpet kit. Paragon should be releasing a video soon of the install on it. Thank you Paragon and Halltech excited to drive it tonight
So... Why doesn't Halltech know this? It's almost like they created an intake system and never actually test fit it...
I hate to say it, but they literally copied the stock intake system and slightly enlarged it without actually trying to test fit it on a vehicle. 🤞
Their R&D consists of a computer program and a fake dyno sheet created with Excel?
So... Why doesn't Halltech know this? It's almost like they created an intake system and never actually test fit it... On wait

Their R&D consists of a computer program and a fake down sheet created with Excel; nothing more.
They designed it off the C8 they had which was a coupe. Then released it's and didn't have access to any HTC to verify.
Also can verify the dyno results are legit but you can wait to see the testing and intake shootout video coming from Paragon doing 3rd party testing on their dyno.
They have no actual dyno results. Dru himself admitted he created their claimed dyno sheet with Excel.
I can't leak the results I saw but like I said keep an eye out for Paragon's video coming out. You can watch the dyno and results for yourself. No Excel magic.

Paragon made sure we were the first to know it. We try our best to ensure we post factual data without making assumptions or jumping to conclusions. Unfortunately, not everyone exercises the same caution when posting online.
Early on, we strategically decided to focus mostly on the coupe. Previous corvette generation sales suggested the convertible wouldn’t sell nearly as well as the coupe. The statistics supported our decision. Boy were we surprised when the sales ratio approached 50/50.
Anyway, we took delivery of a 2020 coupe early on and began our development work, which included 3D scanning the stock filter box and cover, as well as many of the mating components. Then we went to work on our 3D CAD design, followed by 3D printing each and every version and test fitting it in our couple. Once we knew it would fit, we hit the dyno and made iterative changes to both the filter box and the filter box cover to optimize the design and performance. The stainless backing plate and huge filter went through a similar evolution. Even the hardware selection process was carefully scrutinized. Fortunately, most of this work happened in very favorable weather conditions. It took much longer than we anticipated, which resulted in a winter launch.
And, to top it all off, yesterday we were blessed to learn that all that effort didn't go to waste on the HTC. Phew!

Almost true. I admitted I used excel to create the graph, but it was generated from an actual csv table exported from real dyno tests done at Powerlabs Dyno in Idaho Falls by a very skilled Jeremy Bird.
