I should've done this over the winter but now it's getting nicer out and have a ported throttle body en route. Figured it would be easy to swap out the intake manifold at the same time. What options are out there for ported intake manifolds that don't require me to sideline the car and ship in my OEM to a vendor and wait for it to return? Or options to ship my.oem after the ported one arrives?
I use SoCal Porting; $300. I shipped him a new core then sold my stock one, or allows you you keep your stock one on a shelf.
Had I not gone with SoCal I would have opted for Wilson Manifolds (outright purchase, no core or core exchange required).
Very few porters are anywhere near as good as they claim which is why I tend to avoid the "latest/greatest" as I've seen far too many of them come & go throughout the years/decades. I think back to just the early days of the C7 and it's funny to think what people were raving about as being so good. 3 intake manifolds and 3 throttle bodies later on my C7...
I'm sure you picked the Soler Performance ported throttle body which is great; leaps & bounds more advanced than the competition!
Really appreciate the info @Kracka Yep went with Soler TB and gunna try out the controller tho I am not sure if it actually works like advertised since I haven't seen anyone in Iowa with or review videos of it.
Seems fine to me; machining marks and had to be bolted down to the table in order to machine/port it precisely. Nice on the shaft dimples! I didn't get those on mine. His customer service is top-notch though so I'm sure he'd exchange it for you if you'd prefer. I personally wouldn't since those are all small imperfections you'll forget all about once installed.

They already reached out and confirmed this wasn't correct and appears they sent out a refurbished TB. I had ordered a new TB so this one will be RMA returned and I'll post pics in a week when the correct one arrives.
Replacement Soler Ported TB arrived and it is perfect, must've been a shipping error because the first one is nothing like the replacement. Very happy and Mike at Soler Performance is awesome dude and great customer services. Posted a reel on instagram if you wanna check it out - username: MillerTimeISU
