C8 Window Indexing
In the recent weeks, my 2021 HTC has lost its window indexing three times. First the driver's window, then both windows and yesterday, the passenger window. I forget which way the DIC describes the reset but it's the "raise/lower" or "lower/raise" the window to reset it. I just follow the instruction. Does anyone have an idea why the indexing is dropping out?

Mine seems to lose indexing on the passenger window each time I lower the top (HTC). No problem with the battery connection - I did disconnect it once and both windows lost their indexing. I plan to have the dealer check it out whenever I take it in for other reasons. No need to make a special appointment just for that but it is irritating and I have no idea what the cause is.
