I have noticed when I get into my 2015 Corvette, start it up, and move the shifter from "P" to "D" the car goes into gear, then about 3-4 seconds later there is a huge jerk forward.
Now this only happens when the car has sat for a while, usually overnight. I have heard that the dealer is aware of this issue with my year Corvette and a reprogramming maybe needed.
I took it to the dealer today and they reprogramed it with an updated calibration to correct the garage shifts. This reprogramming cost $165.00
My Corvette shifts much faster and better now and I am very happy with the software update.

We are impressed with your improvement here in the C8 section, but since we have a DCT we can't relate or care..... 🤔🤷♂️👌
