[thanks. Chevy has sure spent a lot of$$$$ if that’s the issue. I’ll suggest. Sometimes they listen to an old woman. QUOTE=MikeinAZ;1609478296]I remember a guy who was messaging me when I had my issues and his were similar, ended up being a bad plug or two. Maybe they can check the plugs for a misfire. Good luck.[/QUOTE]
. Taking in car again today. I have tried transmission fix, that resulted in new fly wheel. Tried cam adjustment 2,3 to 1degree. All fantastic suggestions that were necessary! But hadn’t fixed the problem. Today guy from Chevy is looking at it. Found a thread about 6.2 l. Engines being bad. We’ll see how that goes. Have contacted easy lemon and we’ll see how that goes. It’s my last choice, but it’s becoming ridiculous. Car has been out of se tree Vice basically since Jan 20.
See my post above, Feb 26, and the attached technical service bulletin that I included regarding the engine shuttering caused by the camshaft actuator magnet.
Have your dealer run the test to make sure it is not the same problem that is shown in the TSB.

it’s back in again. they put their special “ tech team” in it from Chevy and came up with a injector part. The service guys don’t have much hope for that resolution, but we will see today. It seems the des lmk er drives it more than I do.
After 2 months and $10,000 of warranty work the shutter is gone. (To stay we hope). It was the injector in the 3rd cylinder. We finally got the car to continuously shutter around 1800 rpms and finally the engine light came on.
Thanks for all of your ooo nights. Your suggestions solved a lot of other things that were wrong! Loose flywheel, timing correction, clutch replacement, and injector all were taken care of while trying to fix the problem!
Never have. Dealer said just drive it. Only have 900 miles on it. It is better but not cured.
check out the injectors. I had a bad one in the 3rd cylinder. Caused the shutter. Had to find shutter. Keep it shuttering for a long period of time until the engine light came on and it registered it on the computer. Good luck. Took 7 weeks and $10,000 of warranty work to figure it out.
