So like quite a few other threads, I've been researching exhaust. I have a NPP car and have bouncing back and forth between Borla S-Type or removing the valves and doing the titanium paragon option. What confuses me is why the paragon is so cheap for a titanium exhaust? Am I missing something? What are your guys experience with them?
They are great to work with and the titanium exhaust they have is awesome quality. I went with touring and installed their AFM / NPP simulators and never had any CELs. Also installed their headers
I have the Paragon titanium exhaust on my 21 HTC with the simulators and the exhaust is fantastic! Not only looks amazing, it sounds just as fantastic! I am very happy with my choice since I did initially plan on going with stainless, but due to a couple bucks being available I upgraded to the titamium.
Factory engineers put hundreds of hours into engineering exhaust systems...spend $4K how you want... none of my business... but people are still spending money for noise

And with many systems a weight loss, especially the titanium systems. So not just noise. Maybe even a 1% gain in power.

This. Weight loss of 45 or more lbs for just a catback is pretty great. I pulled 25lbs off my battery and can pull 45 off the exhaust then 36lbs in wheels and rotors and you start to see significant changes.

This is exactly why I have been eyeing the Paragon Titanium system for my HTC Z51. It would be great to reduce the weight of the convertible to less than that of a coupe (and add a great looking great sounding cat back at the same time).
