Demo mode
Hi,IM NEW TO THE FORUM!
I bought a 2020 c8 last month and having a problem with “Demo mode “ showing when I start my car. When I start the car a warning comes on and I need to click it off then, a “THIS VEHICLE IS IN DEMO MODE “ comes on and I need to click on “not a demo vehicle“ And that I’ve purchased the vehicle. This happens every time on startup. Also when I program music and radio it will reset on next start. Has any body have the same issues. I brought it to my dealership and they’re stumped after upgrading the software. I’ll post a video later

I clicked on that it’s not a demo vehicle and that it’s purchased …then it lets me in to the infotainment but when I turn the car off and turn it back on it will ask me the same questions. It also says Demo mode in the dashboard
