Default Fighting elevation

Hey guys,

I live at 6400ft and just got a new C8 (800mi)
Car runs 3.5s 0-60 running on 91 octane, so definitely no slouch, but I wonder if there are some quick wins to fight rarefied oxygen and keep the engine NA (no nitrous as well).

Ny intuition is that I should add more air to the equation: carbon intake, headers, exhaust. But I also know that I could be completely wrong.
I also understand that forced induction may the the ultimate way.

Tips from the pros?
Thanks

At that elevation octane shouldn't be your issue so 91 is likely ok. Start with the basics, but definitely letting the engine breath more efficiently is a great place to start. Intake (or at least a filter), ported throttle body, ported intake manifold, headers, high-flow cats, and a catback if you really want to be loud. Really depends how much you want to spend, but the cold side stuff is more reasonably priced and could get it all done around $700 for starters.

Intake and exhaust will improve airflow however you're still going to have a lack of oxygen, so don't expect much.

You could go for the deep fake and mount a bottle in the frunk with a hose that goes only to a purge valve that you can discharge all over your windshield when throwing revs at the fan club.

Forced induction is your only answer.
Tuning and porting a naturally aspirated engine at 6000+ft is only gonna get you 5%. You will never get close to sea level performance

I have a 6.2L Raptor that has a Roush SC and JDM tune @ 650hp.
When I take it up the hill to 6000 ft elevation, its pretty weak. Definitely drops 100- 125hp
