Default Eibach Vs Paragon/Hyperco springs

Anyone had both, or done a ride, handling etc comparison between the two springs?

Not a direct answer to the question but I have had Paragon springs on for 2 years and absolutely love them. Tightened up the stock ride just a tad (I have z51), would say it's pleasantly firm. I put them on as I wanted a little more of a lowered stance than just the collars had given me. No regrets.

Guessing both are linear springs. If so, do you know the spring rates?

Here is a random picture of my non Z51 on Eibachs. I also have had Eibachs on about 10 other cars over the years and always was pleased. As for my C8, I installed them within about 25 miles or so. Job was a breeze and did it in my garage. I love it. To be honest I didnt really feel that my ride quality changed at all, but I don't track the car. I did this solely for looks.

Eibach has always treated me well; their R&D is top-notch. It doesn't hurt they're an OEM supplier either. I added their rear swaybar to my C8 Z51.

I've had a set of Eibach's before taking delivery of my car April 2022. Guess what!? Still yet to install them lol. Hoping to get that done here over winter I do have Mag ride on non Z51 so I have the full adjustable coilover like setup and has lowered it that way early on but still want more of a drop which the Eibachs will provide. Like previous commenter having multiply cars with Eibach springs I have too and they have always been great!

Finally got my springs installed this past weekend, so I still have the OEM MAG ride coil over to max drop with the springs she sits nice! Although those plastic pieces under near front wheel hit way more often. Looking at maybe putting some disposable plastic VHB taped under there. New wheel installation hopefully this weekend coming so exiting.

Those of you lowered how has your scrubbing been?

Eibach Prokit springs for me also and very happy with them. My buddy has the Paragons and also admits the Eibach’s definitely ride better. The Paragon springs feel like a pogo-stick IMO. Too soft for me but it’s all preference.

I have always loved the ride of the Eibachs. Had them on many cars and really sat nice and rode good. Loving them on the C8 just fine tuning the front height of the car.

19/20 with a little offset to make them flush with fenders and of course lowered down on the springs. Thanks!

Going to bump this old thread vs starting a new one.

Ordered paragon springs and collars. but on back order. so in debate of changing to Eibach. Would rather soft ride of the 2? anyone had both now?

Eibach is solid and their spring rates are what they advertise.

If you have the spring rate from each option and assuming nothing else is changed, stiffer springs will provide a stiffer ride.

I use Hyperco on all my coilovers, lots of very high quality coilover set ups use them.

Default Spring rate for eibach?

So Paragon says 30% stiffer spring rates for hyperco, anyone know what Eibach rates are. I think i can handle 30 but anymore is iffy, i dont have magna ride but have the z51 suspension and its right on the border for comfort in everyday driving but want to lower a biit.
