I replaced my Comp Seats in my 1LT with GT2 seats to flex a bit more with my fat ****. All movement functions work including the power bolsters which my comps didn't have.
That has started me down a rabbit hole of seeing if I can get the heat/cool function to work. I changed out the heater controls, so I now have the switches installed. I researched the console harness and it seems there are only two, 1 for all models, and 1 for all models and the cordless phone charger.
I now need to know some fuse info. Can anyone tell me what sizes these highlighted fuses are please. The Owners manual doesn't note amperage. I am assuming 15a but looking for confirmation knowing how electronically sensitive these cars are. Also..... any one know if any others that may be needed.
Appreciate any help or knowledge!!
No one probably wants to tear their interior apart to get to the fusebox. I can look tomorrow at mine as it's apart but at my shop. I'm guessing that the heat cool function runs through the BCM. If that's the case it would need to be enabled through Techline Connect but chances are GM won't give a sales code to do so.
Thanks for the response. I figured someone would be in there at some point. I was wondering if they had to be enabled. That would make since and my next step if the fuses don't fire it up since they would need to be in place anyway.
Appreciate the assistance.
This is would be exactly what I need, but I think this is the wrong Fusebox as nothing matches up. The fuse box I'm needing is in the water fall between the seats. Do you have that one? Either way I appreciate a response!!

Sorry. Let me see if I can find one for that fusebox.
Well looks like I am dead in the water at the moment. It seems it will take a BCM modification, but the Tech says GM won't due it. Said they have really become ****** about it even though its a simple edit. They aren't even allowing wheel/tire speed corrections anymore if you change them out on a new truck. He was thinking that an HP Tuner might be able to do it so I have more investigation to do. Don't need heated/cooled seats, but since its there kinda fun figuring it out.

The cooling is just a fan not really useful heat not needed here in Florida depending on where you live probably a waste of time.
