Default CEL for emissions

Need some advice. I have ARH headers, Kooks performence cats and paragon titanium catback. I've had the parts on the car for about 8 or 9 thousand miles before the emissions code came on. I tried having it cleared but it comes back after a few hundred miles. The dealer says that the cats probably need to be replaced. What are your all's experience with this and potential fixes? The code does not hurt anything, but prevents me from using the remote start. Thanks for any advice.

I had a similar issue with Corsa cats after about 400 miles I was getting an emissions code. I would clear the code and it would come back in about 30-50 miles. I got some great advice from @Kracka and added some O2 spacers to the cats and I haven’t had any issues.

What is the diagnostic trouble code associated with the CEL? A P0700 code is the code set that actually illuminates the lamp on the DIC. But the request to illuminate that light can come from any one of several modules, and will usually be associated with a more specific DTC. The are many DTC that will result in a request to illuminate that light.

The dealership said it was the cats. The code itself just says emissions. I don't have the specific number.
