I recently installed a titanium cat back from Topspeed 1, I drive it, and a few hours later, I start to hear the rattle. I took it back to the shop thinking it’s starting to rub against the chassis. Shop checks it out and says it’s from the Bellow. Manufacturer blames the shop saying it’s hitting the chassis. I don’t know what’s going on help here’s some videos. also the manufacturer just wants to refund me for the whole thing. I already paid for installation which sucks. The other option is I send them the exhaust and they fix it but that makes no sense to me because I paid for a brand new one not a refurbished one.
Sorry to hear about your troubles. Maybe get them to refund it, order up something else and the shop will cut you a break on the install of the next system? Titanium is sexy in concept but I don't like it for street driven cars for various reasons.
Same exhaust and same rattle, mine didn’t start until I had a couple thousand miles on exhaust . Its not as bad as yours though. Are you sure it’s not the heatshield above? I pushed mine up and rattle went away. When I emailed Topspeed about it they blamed install shop as well. It’s by far best sounding and most exotic exhaust for C8, once you get it all figured out.

No it’s not loose. I just pushed/bent it up some I think the exhaust is just so close to it and with titanium being less dense a metal it creates more vibration from sound. If you look at Topspeeds design of the xpipe, it loops upwards. Most other designs loop downwards.
