They do very little when adding them to coolant mixes.
I use them for air to water intercooler loops using all distilled water and get around 5 degrees improvement.
I've had issues with foaming with larger pumps and water wetter. Super Coolant is my favorite for the least foaming.
No idea how they might be perceived with cooling system warranty claims.

I used Redline WaterWetter in my C7 and have it in my C8 too (as I have in all my other cars for the past 20+ years). The C8 already cools very well, but it made a noticable difference in the C7.
