Can anyone point me in the right direction for a battery replacement for a C8?
Also, is this something I can do myself or does it require a lot of resetting of stuff after replacement?
Pat
Thanks for all the help everyone installed new battery.

Get a battery of your choice, you need a trim tool remover and 10mm socket, remove the frunk trim, take the old battery out, put the new battery in . get in start it and index the windows.

Thanks, are the windows the only thing I’ll have to deal with? How do you index them?
I have had excellent results with Walmart batteries over the years.
Walmart batteries are made by Johnson Controls who also makes Interstate. There's actually only three automotive batteries makers left and Johnson Controls makes more than half of them for vehicles in the US. EV batteries are a different story but yes nothing wrong with a Walmart branded battery.
It's pretty expensive, but the only one (Li-Ion) I've found that plays perfect with modern car electronics. Antigravity sometimes made some of my electronics components lose it (culminating in check engine light).
I like to find the freshest one possible, HI volume store is your best bet. Ya don't want a battery that's been sitting on the shelf for more than a couple months.
The OEM battery for the 2020-2021 C8 is rated 730 CCA, 70 AH, 110 RC. The Delco Parts On-Line site returns three batteries for the Corvette. See attached clip. Many other brands will meet the specs. As note, Rock Auto offers a Delco brand, and several others. I will very likely go with a Delco brand if and when I need to replace mine.
I you want to go high end (I don't) you can get a Lithium Ion battery. There are threads on this forum about them. Some claim that you will need to change the electrical system parameters because the LI battery has different voltage vs state of charge characteristic (it does). But, at least for the AntiGravity version a LI battery, you do not need any changes to the electrical system. Forum members have reported using it. And I contacted the manufacturer, and they also say that no adjustment to your electrical system is needed (see attachment about that).
First thing if you do not drive your C8 every day get a Deltran Battery Tender and connect it when it is parked. I have been doing this starting with my first 1987 C4,1989 C4, 2016 C7 and now my 2023 C8. I have had Batteries Last 10 Years.
So cool, thanks. I have a couple Battery Tenders for all my toys, marine purpose 800ma, they're like a hockey puck with 2 cords, looks like it will work here too. Thanks again.

If I was keeping my C8 instead of my planned E-Ray I would buy what I did for my C7. Bought a Diehard AGM (Absorbed Glass Matt.) Note the specs below. it has a higher capacity than the lead-acid Delco.
This one says it's for the C8. DieHard Platinum AGMBattery: H7 Group Size, 850 CCA, 1000 CA, 140 Min Reserve Capacity, For High Electrical Demands
There are other AGM Brands as well.
SIDEBAR
The E-Ray comes with a Li-ion 12 Volt batter NOt a lead acid. No doubt as a ~20/25 lb weight savings to help offset the electric motor weight. BUT it is NOT charged by the alternator! It gets it's charging from the Hybrid battery that is changed by otherwise wasted braking energy!
The equivalent of a group 48 battery is an H6, not an H7. I'd stick with that, since they're the same size. And I'd definitely get the H6 AGM from Walmart ($169), since they're made by Clarios (formerly Johnson Controls), and are made in Germany (and so is the H7 AGM). Strangely, they cost exactly the same as the larger H7, but there's no need for a heavier and larger battery IMO. Plus it might have to be coded, since the Ah rating is different. The AGM is going to be much better than a LA or ELA, so that'd enough for me.

I got the H6 AGM from Walmart for my C7 when my original battery seemed to be getting weaker. I took it out and put the original battery back in when I got rid of my C7. I've been using the Walmart AGM battery as a trolling motor for my boat and it is still working.
