Im waiting until after the 7500 DCT service, which will be in the Spring. I’m concerned it may be too loud with both. I want it louder, but not obnoxious.
It will be loud but amazing. Sometimes I miss the CATs and wish I had kept them on. Looking at the Paragon headers too if I don't get the Z06 in a year.
On Stingray plenty have. Corsa has a high flow 400 cell cat option for Stingray I can set you up with. They are the fancy GESI core too for added robustness: Corsa High Flow Cats For C8 Stingray

I got L G Motorsports to make me a set almost a year ago 400 cell for 600.00 made a big differences. fit was sport on with the headers and the after market JUGGERNAUT Titanium racing exhaust. I also put the lower diffuers in C.F. to make the car look like a z06.

I've got 2k miles on my Corsa cats with no CEL after installing 9 months ago. (13.5K total mileage.) Kept the stock NPP exhaust.
Are you happy with the sound?
Any sound clips?
do you get any gas smell?
Any decel pops cracks?
doing the same GESi cores on mine next week
If you haven't purchased a set yet would love to get you squared away. Sport cats will add additional volume and snap crackle pop on deceleration. Do remember the current Corsa sport cats are designed for Stingray not Z06.

thank you!
Have a set. Was just checking if everyone is happy with theirs.

Yes, deeper rumble at idle, nice upshift cracks (not so much on decel, but some burbles). No gas smell. Sound clips never capture accurately, so don't have any. Corsas are GESi cores, IIRC, 400cell vs. 700cell stock cats.

Was told that with the better flow, would not need blankets, run much cooler.
Were you able to use oem heat shields?

I went with Cerakote vs. blankets, at @Kraka suggestion. Sent the Corsa cats to SoCal Porting who baked on the coating I selected (you can choose from a number of colors and I chose one that is good for up to 1800 degrees). The turnaround time shipping from VA to CA and back was less than a week, and the cost for the coating was $100 (UPS shipping to CA and back was about $80). https://socalporting.com/ A good option vs. $600 for blankets from Corsa. I did not reuse the OEM heat shields. There is no mounting brackets on the Corsas for them.
There has been no issue with heat in the engine compartment on my 2023 non-Z51 Coupe.
