Josh's comment about almost wishing they had never required the 2 quart track fill was interesting.
The banter between Rick and Chuck about splitting up the free service for the engine oil and DCT filter change and extending the DCT filter change was also interesting. Be ready for some more misinformation from both Rick and other dealers...

Hey guys,
Small update, have an appt on the 21st with my dealer, they are going to verify my vehicle has the updated case by looking at the VIN and the fasteners on the pan. New design has 4 fasteners and the old has 6, so we will see the outcome soon. Thanks for all the info!

Your response is comical. Dealers are far from perfect and frequently do NOT know what is appropriate for updated products. They just do what they have always done. I have a new 2024 and my service advisor insisted if I didn't add the additional 2 Liters of fluid I would violate my transmission warranty. They continued this nonsense even when I showed them the page in the manual that specifically stated the additional fluid was neither necessary or required..

its not just in the manual
Not only does the 2024 Manual and the tech-link article say the 2 extra liters is not required for the new transmission design, there was a bulletin, dated Sept 2023 that all dealers should have received saying the same thing. I don't find it amusing when dealers are careless with facts.
