2024 Camera app issue
Hey fellas, new to the forum so any help is appreciated. Just purchased a new C8 Z06, 350 miles and all of the sudden I noticed my front camera isn’t working and my “Camera” app on my Home Screen is not accessible but my rear view camera is working fine…any suggestions here? Don’t want to take her into the shop this early in…kinda sucks just thinking about it.

That's so you don't drive "by camera".
AFAIK it's normal.
The "Camera Access Button" (to the right of the Front Lift button on my 2024 SR) should make the forward curb level cameras work at very low speeds, so you don't hit anything with your nose/splitter etc. while parking.

Again, please explain the "stopped working" comment in context of what you're doing when you press it.
Is the vehicle running, engine started, Infotainment screen logged in?
What is the motion status of the car?
Are you in D or any other forward gear, and moving slower than 12KPH or 8MPH?
Page 216 of the 2024 OM describes the Curb View Camera function.
If this is actually in reference to the PDR camera, that view is also restricted while driving.
It's not a Tesla. You actually have to drive these cars responsibly.
Suggest you RTM.

I had the same issue last year.
It turned out that one of the modules (bcm?) got out of synch with the rest of the car.
Disconnecting the negative cable for 10-15min and then reconnecting and starting the car fixed it amazingly enough.
