Default Retrofit Intellibeam

Does anyone know if the Intellibeam feature can be retrofit into a 2021? I have this feature in my ‘23 Tahoe and I love the way it works.

Doubtful. It would likely require a reprogramming of the BCM at a minimum, and GM is very unlikely to authorize a dealer to update an older MY that way. If it's even possible. GM makes software changes all the time, so the reprogramming might not even be possible.

GM’s Intellibeam isn’t worth it. I know you like it in your other vehicle, but once you’ve experienced true matrix/laser lights, Intellibeam is a joke. I wouldn’t think it would be worth the price.

I don't use it much as I don't like the range of oncoming light detection algorithms it uses.
It runs low beams when high beams are more appropriate, in some specific night driving situations.
I prefer manual mode.
