So I've seen that the Motive tool, which I already own from working on my C7, doesn't work well, and some have suggested the "old fashion" method. But I'd like to use exactly what GM uses, anyone know what that is? I already have a MDI 2 and GDS subscription, so "computer" wise I have what I need, just would like to get something close to what GM themselves uses. I will be tracking this car only, just like my C7 Z06, so changing the pads / fluid quite often throughout the year.
thank you for this! What I don’t understand is if brake fluid goes bad so quickly, why such a large bleeder? And Corvettes will use DOT 4, if tracking, so then what would they use? I’d assume this would be full of DOT 3? 🤷♂️
