2024 LAUNCH Creader Elite Scanner
2024 LAUNCH Creader Elite fit for GM Bi-Directional Scanner So I've been reading up on the forum about the DCT flush for my 2024 C8 Z51 and found this post that had this scanner and process for doing the flush. Very nice.
DCT Service, Fluid Flush, Leak Test, etc - Works A-OK with X431 GM Scan Tool
My question considering I am no tech person, what else can I use this scanner for? I do also have a 2016 C7 Z51 but I'm not sure why I would use this scanner on it.
Thanks for any advice/help on this.
Now if I can figure out how to install that light bulb on that table lamp.

Reading trouble codes to identify and potentially fix issues. I just used mine to do an exhaust relearn for my new exhaust.

My wife bought me the Creader Elite for Christmas. I haven’t had time to play with it yet… I have to dig a bit more, I think we have to update them before use.

Yeah, and updating takes forever - mine must have taken an hour or two.

Okay being that I am NOT tech savvy. And I understand it may be simple but could you just tell me the steps you used to update?
Thank you.

Page 36 of the user manual. If you don't have the manual, you can probably find it online.

Santa (wife) got me one too. It had the latest software version out of the box.

Connect to WiFi, click update button, wait. Pretty easy, just takes time.

Now if I only could find my WiFi extension cord.
Well I connected the Scanner and it updated within a couple minutes.
I did notice there is a icon for GM and another for CHChevrolet.
Which is correct to use?

Foxwell NT 510 elite does the flush and leak test. It worked for me on a 24.
