I am interested in doing this install. 2020-2025 Chevrolet Corvette Parts: Borla® Performance Exhaust Systems
I have several local Chevrolet dealerships in My area including the one I bought My car through.
Has anyone had the installation done at a Chevy Dealership?
If so, how long does the installation take?
Yes, I know it is expensive.
I don't have the GM version of the Borla exhaust, but I do have a Borla S-type that was installed by my local dealer. They billed me for 4 hours labor, so multiply that by whatever their hourly rate is currently.
I would advise you to ask the dealer if they have installed any in the past. Also make sure they know how to perform the exhaust valves re-learn after installation.

I debated about buying the GM Borla instead of the Corsa, total cost would have been about the same when they were having the accessories sale before Christmas. But in the end I'm really glad I went with the Corsa. The GM Borsa is only slightly louder than stock (significantly quieter than the Borla S-Type or Corsa), and now that I've heard the Corsa sound level, I just don't think I would have been satisfied with the GM Borla without doing something additional like sport cats.
I have a Borla S-type on my C8, and take my word for it - a recording is no way to decide on an exhaust. See if you can find someone on the forum in your area, go to the local Corvette clubs, car shows, cars and coffee, etc. You can't make a decision until you hear them in person.

I absolutely agree with this. And beyond that, almost all the videos people take are from outside the car, which isn't how it's going to sound inside the car. What you really want is a ride in the car so you can hear what it sounds like inside as that's what you're going to have to live with. I did Corsa because I had previous experience with them on prior gen Corvettes, but even with that, the one on the C8 doesn't sound exactly the same (due to the significant switch to rear-midengine. And if you have NPP, absolutely get an NPP aftermarket exhaust as having the ability to switch modes is really worthwhile once you go with something louder.

Yes, I did on my 2 week old ERAY. Borla ATAK. $1400. I did it at the Dealer in case an issue arises they can't say something was installed wrong. Also did the Eventuri Intake and Soler Throttle Body/Controller. That was only $1100. I just dont any regular shops to work on my 2026. Only a Certified Master Corvette Mechanic works on my car.
