Intake mesh grills
Yep, as you say the AC Condenser can be considered a "rad" much like the coolant/air heat exchanger called a "rad."
SIDEBAR
One concern i had installing protective mesh on my 2020 C8 behind the OEM grill (similar to Scrape Armor) is even though I use half th size mesh as Scrape Armor, bugs still get thru. Albeit 1/2 the size of what gats thru Scrape Armor BUT bugs! The small bugs stick into the aluminum fins on the AC Condenser. So when the Scrape Armor $895 option I ordered for my E-Ray was constrained i was actually happy! If anyone watches the Scrape Armor or better the Paragon similar install mesh video it's not easy. The front bumper has to come off. Many bolts and brackets. Both warn about paint chips near the front lights and recommend installing painter's tape prior to removal. Also will the many bolts and brackets get removed. Would they all get installed back properly? Would the gap from bumper to body be back to it's perfect now narrow gap? Would that two sided 3M tape that holds the brackets (some large) stay stuck (have been posts where thet was an issue and a recent post where the Scrape Armor mesh came loose!)
I investigated and bought a simple solution I had been concerned with my 2020 C8 (small bugs getting thru the mesh and sticking in the AC Condenser Aluminum fins.) With the E-Ray (like C0 Z06) having much larger OEM grill openings can get my 1/2" thick 1" wide rubber shop vac extension thru the OEM grill. It's 23 inch length lets me get to the back of the rear side scoops that also pick-up leaves and pebbles.
Have only had to use a few times in 15 months BUT my AC Condenser's and uncovered center coolant rad look new!
This $10 rubber Shop Vac Extenstion deigned for crevices works great. Gets bugs off the AC Condenser. Have only had to use a few times in 15 months. Also gets leaves and some pebles that are in an even more vulderable area in the side rear fender scoops. need that 23 inch length to reach!

Beginning to wonder if any of these copy and pasted Candy Masters can even write 3 consecutive sentences all at one time together anymore?

"Banter: Witty sentences that bounce back and forth between individuals in online discussion forums. Often banter uses clever put-downs and witty insults, misunderstandings (often intentional), zippy wisecracks, zingers, puns, and humorous emoji's"
Normal conversation often contains banter and sidebars not directly relevant to the topic. There are times where I appreciate the detailed info when yourself and Jerry make thread clogging posts. At other times it makes it difficult to navigate the topic when people reply to one of your screeds, and the forum software keeps spamming it through the thread. I've seen many humorous comments made about both of you regarding the length and style of your posts.

No one has to read my posts! I found many years ago a picture is worth far more than 1000 words. Get many PM's from the Silent Majority who don't some won't post. Often 90% of the folks who view Threads. Thank me for my posts and my ~60 How To Doc PDF's on how to install, brake pads etc etc. You may not need the info and that's fine, just skip the posts.
Just had a PM dialog re the E-Ray 12 volt Li-Ion battery from a fellow with an E-Ray who does not post! Glad to be of help! I learn a lot from Andy's posts as a number of other frequent posters.

This seem to start when I pointed out that a condenser (you know, that thing in front of the radiator), that gets protected by what Scrape Armor and also GM refers to as a Radiator Guard, is actually type of radiator. Whenever a forum member says its a radiator guard, someone always feels compelled to point out that the AC Condenser is directly behind that screen. Just this one time thought I would mention (politely) that a condenser is a type of radiator. That elicited a very negative response "why don't you regurgitate something useful, like why didn't GM put the radiator in front of the AC condenser? I'm positive you could Cut and Copy your brains out with that one!" (like regurgitating that condenser is in front of the radiator for umpteenth time, or re-using your good natured image to make a point that was already made). To which you followed up with your good natured hackin'. I certainly did not intend the remark to be confrontational. I'm sorry it was so offensive. I even tried to apologize in post 20.

Don't believe the Forum is a place to over-kill an answer from a very simple question by beating it to death.
Moderation of just about anything in life is a good way to live. You can overdo anything good or bad and that obviously includes Corvette Forum. It's very obvious quite a few overdose themselves. Seems that adults, just not children over indulge themselves on electronic devices. Maybe a time limitation is something to consider. Good luck giving it a go to slow it down and just try not to take yourself so seriously. All the best during to your journey of just keeping it simple, without beating a simple question to death.
