It hasn't gotten much better, the GM built 9 speed transmission they use in 2020-2025 Blazer, Cadillac XT5, etc. is absolute junk. I personally know of three that have failed catastrophically. In fact, two separate times walking through the dealership shop ( I used to work there so it's OK) I looked on the lifts and have seen these getting new transmissions. I have two friends that are on their third radiator on their Blazers one is a 2022 and the other is a 2021. Blazers look nice, but that's where it ends.
