PTM - traction control changes under load?

PTM - traction control changes under load?
Something that I have observed but have been unable to get any information on...
When car is in PTM mode in any of the modes; wet, dry, sport, R1, R2... and I floor it from a stop and do some launches, some of the time it will pop up a dialog box on the dash that said "Traction Contorl OFF" as I am accelerating at Mach Jesus...
So, it goes from
PTM:XXX [both the ESC and TC lights are illuminated on display/dash when the car is in PTM mode]
FLOOR IT... accelerating from launch from 0 - 100+
During ther acceleration phase ... a dialog box pops up on the right that says "Traction Control OFF"
and the orange light for TC goes OFF...
keep in mind it was showing TC OFF in PTM mode...
Confusing... anyone else had this happen? I am at 840-850 crank HP, it never did this at 700HP... now it does.
Car spins like crazy on any stomp session..need better tires, but I am trying to better understand what is happening with the TC and PTM mode.

I have no idea myself, but I know that some kind of traction control remains to preserve the transmission even if it's completely turned off regarding tire traction issues. I'd wonder if it has anything to do with it ..

I have upgraded clutch, no-slipping or anything or it would throw P0700...
Definitely odd. Trying to get to the bottom of it.
