Engine air filter
I replaced my engine air filter my self then about a week ago after my chev app show a change engine air filter warning there is no reset on my DIC as I’ve scrolled through every maintenance page. I’ve also looked thru the information screen under settings nothing. I manually update my service record on my onstar website and it’s still there. talked with my chev dealership and with onstar folks no one has an answer hope someone on here can help
Thanks

, read the Owners Manual:
If equipped.....
How to Reset Engine Air Filter Life System
Reset the system whenever the engine air filter
is replaced so that the system can calculate the
next engine air filter change.
To reset:
1. Place the vehicle in P (Park).
2. Display the Air Filter Life on the DIC. See
Driver Information Center (DIC) .
3. Press the thumbwheel on the steering
wheel to move to the Reset/Disable
display area. Select Reset and press the
thumbwheel for several seconds.
4. Press the thumbwheel to confirm reset."

I've got the same issue.
Dealer said "we see that with any car that uses an aftermarket filter"

Understood. But if you dont have the air filter life system, what was your question? There's nothing to reset.

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
I pay very little attention to the Chevy app on my phone. Mine is a 2021. I never went beyond the trial subscription with On-Star, and (looking at it today) the diagnostic section on my phone app does not show diagnostics - only a paragraph about the On-Star Diagnostic Report that I can receive monthly if I get a subscription. The Service History, entered by the dealer, does show up. The date is consistently 1 or 2 days later than the actual service date - and I think that is because the dealer enters it late. All the records are there. My last one shows that I had the engine air filter replaced, the DCT external canister filter, and wipers replaced, as well as the multi-point inspection. Are your service records not showing up?
If I look in my email, it does appear that I am getting "On-Star" diagnostic reports - maybe every 2 months. But there was a lapse in reporting. There seem to be two this year so far on 4/26 and then on 7/27. The reporting dates seem inconsistent. It only shows data reported by the vehicle - no service reminders of any kind in those except it shows remaining oil life. It doesn't seem to show anything about air filter life systems or fluid life system.
Carfax seems to send me a report in email also. They are generally out of date or irrelevant. It shows my registration is overdue. Its not. It seems to show oil change, tire rotation, and tread life - all bogus.
Mychevrolet account also shows the service records. Pretty much the same info I can see on my phone app. The diagnostic report shows nothing. The service records shows the dealer entered records and does allow for manual entry by me of records (never did that). It also shows the status of all the warranties - active and expired - it does not show the Platinum Protection Plan. It does show the status of the "free" service which is a warranty item. And recalls.
Bottom line - I generally find these sources to be of limited value (for me, in my case) because they don't seem to reflect reality - with the exception of the service records and warranty info that is on the MyChevrolet account. If my dealer did fail to enter a service record, I would probably spend time asking them to fix that.
But, I don't know how to make your alert on your phone app go away.
