It would be great if one of you folks could write a short how-to, so we'd know roughly what the precudere is : )
For instance, is filling and burping until it not longer accepts more fluid, then driving and refilling for a few more days a sufficient approach. I'm sure service manual would not recommend such a method since they don't have "multiple days to burp", but if it works, it'd be the best way for the owners with no specalized tooling.
the OM only says the spec of the coolant and frequency, not how to replace. Btw no more OM in the glovebox these days.
Internet search engines (like Google) can be your friend. They can find online downloadable OMs, too.
You could hire this guy....probably works cheap. "Don't fear the Repair" (Blue Oyster Cult)
If you have to pump the pressure tester "forever" to get any pressure, it means there's a bunch of air still in they system that you're trying to compress. Once it's filled properly it doesn't take many pumps to get a good pressure reading. I found this when installing the V09 radiator. Running the car at 3000 rpm for 30 seconds then letting it idle and repeating a few times will help move any air through the system.

I've also had a similar experience when I installed the additional radiator. I've pretty much done it how it was done on C5/6/7 Corvettes: fill it to the top, crank it, then start it while filling it back to the top, revving up 2K+ RPM at times, until it no longer accepts anything. Then I keep checking the level for the next few days after drives, and that's it.
