Default Anybody Know How?

The switches for the traction control and launch control has come unclipped and is flopping around in the dash. I tried prying on the panel to which the switch cluster clips to with trim panel tools but stopped as I was getting to a point I felt like I was applying excessive pressure. The red line is the area I was working with the trim tools. Do anyone have any idea how to get this panel off?

It does not pry off ... it's actually quite involved to get to the screws securing it from behind. See attached PDF for the procedure
