I have had this car for over a year now and just noticed my Tachometer redline changes depending on the
operating temperature? In the morning when first started the redline and yellow warning on the tach are lower and once warmed up after about 4 or 5 miles they go back to normal levels? A fluke or is this normal and I never noticed it before?

Funny that you just noticed it - it's done that since you got it.
