Default Ordering?

I may have missed this, but I can’t seem to find any information.
When will they announce price, and will that be when we can place an order?

If you want it, you need to get on the list BEFORE you know the price.

A car this hot will have another year people waiting on sold list by the time you know the price.

I have a deposit down, have a spot-#1. So, I’m just anxious to get to it.

Default RE ordering C8Z

Well Boardwalk in Redwood City, CA just took my $10K deposit for a Z06 which is a $10K market adjustment over what they said will be the $83K base price (fully refundable up till time vehicle is delivered). I have been on their list for 2 years. Their allocation will be 63 cars and I am number 8. We will see.

Need to get on a list, and even now, you will likely be so far down that you're looking at a 2024 model.

I am #5 on my dealerships list and I don't even think I will see one in 2023.

I am fairly certain they have no clue on how many they are getting, along with every other Chevy dealership in the country. They also don't know the price.

Both are estimates, at best.

I will be depositing $2k with MacMulkin tomorrow, Sebastian said they already have close to 2000 people on the list for Z06's.

I don't mind waiting for a '24 or '25 model, maybe they will be done with the reprogramming recalls by then.

Check proves NOTHING. They are full of BS! Allocations have NOT been released so they have ZERO idea how many they are getting or when. Same goes for pricing.

I am not saying that price is concrete. It is simply what I was told by dealer. I too will be surprised (pleasantly) if that turns out to be true.

I would say I found the operative word on that document. We should be able to buy things we always have, but now have to wait months with no explanation or solid reason too.
