I was thinking about the Feral Industries Carbon Fiber bits for the front splitter and side vents for my all black Z06. Then I thought it might be cool to reverse the color scheme from the red car w/black accents and maybe have some of the pieces painted in Edge Red to match the Z06 emblem and calipers on my car. The Edge Red is such a cool color it deserves to be somewhere but tucked away on the engine and calipers.
I mocked up a rendering so you get the idea...
Thoughts? Love it? Hate it? Maybe just the side vents? Would love some feedback, thanks!
You should do what pleases you, and don’t worry about what others think. IMHO, that kind of “customization” is what makes Corvette ownership so unique. “Some of the people all of the time”

First, why worry about what I or others think? Art is in the eye of the beholder. Opinions are like our waste disposal portal, we all have them.
Secondly, I have toyed with ideas such as the one you suggest and found, getting some wrap and placing it where you think it would be nice is an easy and "safe" way to experiment. You will get a good idea of the overall look and if you like it.

I do like the idea of trying a wrap first. May give it a shot. I just don’t like the look of the Carbonation n Flash bits with the black. Would rather it be all black or have some contrast. As it sits it looks like someone just used the wrong paint.
The carbon fiber might just blend in too much on a black car, but I could try a wrap on that also to see how it looks.
That would look awful.
