I got my points for my z06. Can I use them towards a gm car purchase?

I heard I can use them towards a GMAC car loan.

You can walk into any chevy dealership and order any GM product/part like car covers and they will use your points.

I just called GM to see when I will see my points. The wonderful agent informed me that because I purchased it under my company name for tax reasons I get no points. How the hell does that work? A sale is a sale regardless who is on the paperwork. I hate GM, always have but I guess I am the dumbass as I own 4 of their cars

Don't feel bad I wanted to use my 2500 points to maybe pay for a C7R cover but find out they are only worth 25.00, meanwhile the interest I pay every month is 4X that.

Does anyone know a way I can sell them?
