Not new to Corvettes but I am new to C8s. What are the differences between 1LT and 2LT ?

The difference is 1LTs are driven by poors whereas 2LTs are driven by the fake rich.

Since you're in the Z06 section I would think you're comparing 1LZ and 2LZ? There are differences in the Stingray packages.
Also, keep in mind that it's not all about the standard options, when you pick the 2LZ it allows you to add options that are not available with the 1LZ (GT2 seats is one example). Go to the build and buy site and do a comparison, that will give you the entire list.

In my opinion the 3LZ is worth the upgrade for the 'carbon fiber and leather' (or suede) steering wheel alone. I just can't get my head around buying a $125K+ car and skimping on something that you'll see, touch and feel everytime you get in.....
