Engine Auto Stop/Start

Hi All. I'm new to the forum. I would like to know. If the Z06 has the Auto Stop/ Start. And if so. Does it have the the button to shut it off? I know the E-Ray has the button. Sorry if this has been answered before. Thanks.

Z06 has no start/stop or AFM (since it doesn't have lifters).

Technically the finger followers are the things that lift the valves, and can be considered lifters;
But there is no mechanism for hydraulic pressure to "take up the slack" with oil pressure.

To compensate for no AFM, the Z06 has a $3000 gas guzzler tax!! 🤣

How much would it cost to open the engine up and remove the AFR lifters and then screw it all back together again ??

What I said was accurate, it doesn't have lifters. I didn't say the valves open by magic, they are done mechanically and their adjustment is accomplished with shims. A desmodromic valve train doesn't have lifters or springs (the little helpers are to achieve a perfect close).
