Just noticed this when detailing my 2025 Z06 Coupe. I think there should be two rubber strips for sealing the hood when closed. If that is true, looks like the assembly process missed the driver side strip on my car. Let me know if your Z06 has rubber strips to the left and right of the wiper connection.
