Default whether or not to paint the roof and halo of stock c6 coupe?

I'm on the fence whether or not to paint the roof and halo of my c6 coupe, which has no body kit, black and then tinting the windows?
Opinions ...

If you're on the fence, go to one of those automotive wrap places and get them to do the 3M film in black. If you like it, keep it (you can always paint later), if not, peel it off.

The car is going in for surgery to Champion at the end of March. I'll be putting the wheels, upgraded C6Z brake kit along with some other stuff that will allow give the car a "little" more HP, if you will [shhhh - Vortech device....shhhhh]....

I saw one in Detroit that had it done in carbon fiber and it looked great 3m has carbon fiber vinyl that you just stick on, and pull it off if you dont like it, look on ebay for what you need it wont be to much. and easy to apply.

With the tinted windows.
The wrap seems like a good idea.
You can easily go back if you want to.

The entire halo was painted and cleared.
No Vinyl was hurt during the process
