So the only difference between the PF48 & UPF48R is the "higher" burst strength? Couldn't find anything that said how high it is now or how high the PF48 is and how much higher the R is.

Correct me if I'm wrong here but AC doesn't make any parts, they contract the manuf to somebody and then label the parts AC Delco. This would mean that from contract to contract they could be made by a different company with different qualities.

Only if it's the Z06, the LS2 engines use the PF44 filters.

I did once before and shipping prices are outragous and thier delivery times suck. Send them an email and you are lucky to get a responce in a week. I sent 4 emails before I got any kind of responce a week later and then it seemed like a copy and pasted answer didnt answer my question at all

Try forum vendor Kevin at www.partstaxi.com. His service is great and he will send everything USPS if you want. His prices are as cheap as you will find anywhere.

fantastic service, quick and very cheap delivery. Would not hesitate to do business with these guys. As I was reading some of the posts I was really surprised. I have done business numerous times and made calls and always exceptional service. A1 in my books.
