Cleaning

For the leather, I use Eagle 1 Leather Conditioner. Works well for mine.
Fuel rail covers - I just wipe them down with a moist Absorber.

Stay away from Armor-all (spelling?). It's water based and will leave a film before starting to crack and deteriorate if you don't keep up with it. Silicone based products work well (Sun 2001, black magic, etc...) Check the contents to find out. I like Mother's Back-to-Black for plastics even if they aren't black. It holds up well.
I use Meguiars NXT Generation Tech Protectorant for Vinyl/Rubber/Plastic on interior plastic.
I use Meguiars Gold Class Rich Leather Cleaner/Conditioner spray on the leather. I spray it one, level it, and let it sit overnight before wiping it off. It leaves leather soft and smooth.
I use Fantastic on a sponge for underhood plastic.
