Try the Car Care Products forum here on CF.
Me, I just use a detail spray and a MF towel. For the heavy stuff I'll use Meguirs polish.

Have you tried Rejex as a sealer? Bugs don't stick. I have two coats on, it lasts about 6 months, and bugs wipe off. Also works on glass.

Go to NAPA and get some SEA FOAM bug remover. I started using it a few years ago and by far the best I have ever used.

For the really stubborn bugs, use your favorite cleaning product and pantyhose (borrowed from your mom, girlfriend or wife). Try to find some w/o hair.
For a good laugh, put the used pantyhose back where you found them w/o cleaning them...

Put a cap full of car wash in a spray bottle, and mist the front end before the bugs dry. Lots easier to get 'um off later and the bug guts won't etch the clear coat.

WD-40 has worked well for me, followed by soap and water.

I would also follow-up with a claybar treatment in the affected area.
