I've used Zaino glass polish with much success. Makes it easy to clean for quite awhile between applications.

I got so tired of streaks from Windex that I went to Adams glass cleaner and the Adams woven towels. They work so good that I had to order a set for my wife to use on the glass and mirrors in the house. We order it by the gallons now. One spray, one wipe, you are done. I have never used anything better.

All of the above and clean them in your garage. Glass should be cool to the touch.

Glass Cleaning Cloth:
Premium glass cloth 320gsm 70% Polyester, 30% Polyamide, Ultra fine microfibre, 0.13 denier; this Microfiber glass cleaning cloth has a super tight knit, lint free, cross-weave construction traps and collects water and is so effective (use damp) at cleaning glass that often a glass cleaner chemical (Stoner’s Invisible Glass) isn't even necessary. It features a very low-pile cut in a zigzag pattern, which literally attracts and removes off gassing, residue, smudges and oily fingerprints. Its efficient cleaning action is truly a time saver

Alternative Product:
a) Cobra Waffle Weave Glass Towel - http://www.autogeek.net/ww1627.html
b) Lint-Free Surgical Towels http://towelsbydoctorjoe.com/5.htm:
c) Ultra-51 Glass Towel- It has no nap, making it very similar to a huck towel but with the added benefit of Microfiber technology - http://www.towelsbydoctorjoe.com/3.htm

I have heard that ammonia products should not be used on auto glass. I think it can be bad for the tinting. I think auto glass cleaners with vinegar are better for car windows.

I've been using Sparkle glass cleaner. It was invented to clean the windows on B29 bombers. I find it at the grocery store. David

Always....start by washing car, I use a leaf blower to get excess water off. ADAMS' car care I find to be EXCELLENT. They have a premium glass cleaner, on microfiber towel and you will never see a streak again. I like it soooooooo very much....I use it on the TV screen, front door window etc. etc. etc. At your request they will send you a sample.
