Default Minimum Process for DD

Hello all,

I am familiar with how to use Zaino's products on my dark colored Corvette, but now I would like to spruce up my daily drivers a little bit.

I have a white 2004 Lexus RX330 and a dark brown 2006 Maxima that have been clayed already. I am willing to try to improve them with Zaino or other products. Any suggestions as to which products to use? I want to keep this to a bare minimum of effort, so hopefully, just one or two products will do it. I already have several Zaino products on hand.

Any experience in dealing with daily drivers would be helpful.

Thanks for your input. Happy Thanksgiving.

JPT

Without knowing which Z products you already own, makes it harder for us to tell you what to use.

If you want to keep it to a bare minimum and still have the cars look good. I would use Z-AIO, Clear Seal and Z8 in that order. Shouldn't take you more than an hour or so tops.

I think I would do something like Z-AIO, Z-AIO/Z2p or Z-AIO/Z5p with the latter 2 having the best durability. Or even Z-AIO/Z8 would work nice.

I agree. You could even skip the Z8 step if you wanted to.

*Wash and dry
*Clay
*Apply Z-AIO to paint, glass ,wheels, etc. Remove when dry.
*Apply thin coat of Z2 or Z5. Remove when dry.
Alternate Method: Apply Z-CS to entire car and walk away.
*Dress tires, clean glass, vacuum, etc.
*Done!!

If you have Z6 or Z8, use them as maintenance products after every wash. Zaino will lasts many months using this method.

what the others said, AIO, then CS, maintain with Z6 and/or Z8, also lightly go over entire car with Z6 prior to CS, this will assure surface is clean and also it will significantly improve the look

This year I broke down and added Z products to our 3 DD's.
2 of them I don't even really care about any more, 2000 Maxima and my 03 Silverado with several small dents/scratches.
I recently used the PC7424/orange pad/ZPC on the Siverado with just one coat of Z2P. It was a huge improvement! I hope to give it a wash and one more Z2 and a ZCS soon to get me through the winter.

Minimal effort on a daily driver .............. REJEX no question about it. 1 coat should last a while and it helps with bugs too. Or if effort is no concern use Zaino All In One (AIO) and Z6 and Z8.

For minimum effort on a daily driver, *my* choice would be Z-AIO and Z-CS. Wash as needed with Z7 and reapply Z-CS every 2-3 months.
