Default Window cleaning

My wife suggested that I use clean coffee filters to clean my windows since they are lint and smudge free - I did and they work great. As good as newspaper without the ink mess, another benifit is that they don't take up very much room in the storage compartments.

I spray cleaner on one and then use a clean dry one to wipe away the grit and cleaner.

Thanks bud. Right now my girlfriend is looking at me while rolling her eyes and saying I told you so. She'd been telling me for months to use coffee filters to clean my windows, as that is what her Grandpa always used on his old camry or whatever. Guess she was right afterall....

They do work great. I've been using them to clean the mirrors and windows in our motor home. I forget where I first heard about them.

That's something I wouldn't have thought of. The only slightly difficult place for me is the inside the car at the base of the windshield (near the dash). I might just give it a try. Thanks for sharing!

I've been using filters for years. My dad told me about them.

Wayne, check this out for windshield cleaning. Griots Garage.

Great idea! Coffee filters to clean the windows and diapers to clean the exhaust.

Stoner's (Invisible Glass) has the same design - yellow handle - for $15. You can get them at Checker's which makes me think CSK Murrays as well

I also suggest a Waffle Weave Microfiber Towel specific for glass, it makes a huge difference and not placing alot of papertowels and trash back to the environment.

Got mine last week. I used it Friday with Adam's Glass Cleaner and, well, WOW!
