Default CLAYBAR

What is Claybar? Is that a brand name or a type of product, and how do I apply it to the finish? Can you buy it in retail stores or online?

Thanks for the welcome again! Look forward to meeting some of you!

vr,
Don

the claybar is a product you can get from Zaino and I think Mothers has it also. You use it prior to applying car polish in order to get all contamanents of the finish. Zaino's web site gives you all the information on using it. I followed all the steps they give you for their products and was very happy with the results

Don
Clay bars will remove the contaminants from the paint surface of your car. New cars as well as old cars have contaminants that if left on will do damage to the paint. Clay bars are designed to lift off the surface contaminants. It is a very easy process. :)

Meguiar's has one that is the worst.
Mother's has one that is the best store brand.
Formula 113 has one that is almost identical to Zainos. Formula 113's and Zaino's are the best ones on the market. The difference? Zainos is $18 bucks for 2- 2oz bars, and Formula 113 is $15 for 1- 2oz bar.

Get Zaino's clay bar. http://www.zainobros.com
While your at it, pick up the whole Zaino package. I gaurantee you that you won't be disapointed. And your gorgeous LT4 will thank you :yesnod:

Zaino, Mother's or Clay Magic are three of the better clay bars you can buy. :)
