Default Glass cleaner

I have finally found a glass cleaner that does the job streak free.
after trying Windex with and without ammonia Invisible Glass spray and wipes all with poor results, I finally tried rainX brand 2 in 1 Windshield
Washer Fluid. It contains methyl alcohol which may ban its sale in some states. I have added some to an empty Windex bottle to apply it
to the glass. Wipe with a Viva paper towl after spraying and dry with a second towl and I'm done.

Good to know. I have been using Adam's Polishes Glass Cleaner and it works very good. Use it with a microfiber towel and it cleans all the dirt/grime off the glass.

You should use old newspaper for wiping the glass

I use Stoner Invisible Glass... I get the pump bottle at WalMart for a bit under $4 a bottle....

I've tried the newspaper idea for wiping down the windows, but I seem to get mixed results...

I use Rain-X Windshield Wiper Fluid, in a spray bottle from the $1 Store, and the good old fashioned blue windshied towels that you only seem to find at the gas station. Whenever I fill up, and wash My windshield, I take a few extra blue towels home with me.
This is not only for your car glass, but, works great on slider doors and outside windows of your house, and leaves no squeegee streaks.

Also if your windows, like mine, don't get very dirty, just use a microfiber cloth. I don't think I've ever needed a cleaning solution.

I'll jump on this bandwagon !

I also have one of those window cleaner "handles" with cloth, essential for cleaning the C5 inside front windshield !

I've tried them all and the best I've found is just clean it with windex first then wipe with just plain water and dry.
Absolutely streak free windows every time!

When all-else fails, I break out the newspaper and ammonia-free Windex - works every time.

I have one of the handles also and I agree the space gets so small where the windshield meets the dash I don't know how anyone can get a hand down there.

The "handle" I'm referring to is about 18 inches long and has a pivoting pad about 4 X 6 inches with fitted microfiber covers to put on it. It's great for the task.

Clean glass outside of direct heat and sun. Use Stoners Invisible Glass and a Glass WaffleWeave designed MF towel.
