Can someone recommend a legit scratch touch-up/filler?
I dont know that I can "buff" these scratches as they are kind of deep, looks like my car was keyed.
I suppose I would need some kind of filler, touch-up paint type product.
Any recommendations?

Pics? Since you think you car was keyed my guess is that they are deep. Does your fingernail catch in the scratch? If so, you will likely need to have it painted. You cannot buff out scratches that go through the clearcoat. There are some youtube videos from ammo inc that show a keyed G55 being redone, tedious long process for a pro that in the end looks like a painted scratch.
