In general, many opt for one of 3 packages...which can also be added to (or subtracted from) per client request: High Impact, Full Front End or Complete Coverage. You can find illustrations here on our Paint Protection Film Page.

My detailer had very similar packages. They also recommended doing the lower half of the doors and the rear fender flares based on their experience with these cars.
I would suggest doing more of the rear fenders. The lower part isn't enough, you need that whole leading edge that gets sandblasted to be protected.
I can't remember the cost, I think I put it out of my mind. I do remember it could be described as "a lot"

Each project is planned & priced according to the details of what the client wants protected; the resulting total cost is uniquely specific to the vehicle in question.
In the preliminary phase of a project we discuss the projected usage of the vehicle to assess the various installation methods and their potential real-life implications over the course of time. If the vehicle will see high mileage usage in a somewhat abusive environment (i.e. extensive freeway driving), the likelihood of PPF replacement at some point in the future given a particular owners aesthetic preferences may dictate a 'less invasive' disassembly strategy, resulting in less labor which equals less cost.
Similarly, if a client prefers a more 'custom' installation with extensive disassembly, that is always an option as well....with increased labor and costs.
We really don't have a 'menu' for PPF installs as such; each vehicle and customer project is structured as a unique opportunity.
