ZFX problem

ZFX problem
Has anyone run into the little bottle of ZFX sort of "turning like a gel?" I had not used my ZFX since last winter and when I went to use it tonight, it would not even come out. It appears like it solidified or something. I thought this was supposed to last for a while??? I only used maybe half, and I was pretty sure it would last me through the summer at least. Happen to anyone else ? :confused:

I would email or call Sal and see what is wrong. That definatly shouldn't happen. Did it freeze in the garage in the winter, then thaw?

:nonod: Never even been in the garage. All my Zaino has a special corner inside the house. It gets mixed with the Z2 or Z5 right there and stays there. The Zaino that has to go outside stays out just long enough to do the car then comes right back in as well. I just shot Sal an email so I will let you guys know what he says when he responds.

The only time I've heard of it gelling was when the cap wasn't tightened down all the way. I always try to remember to tighten it down and then place it in the 2 oz. bottle with the blue cap.

I have only hear of this happening a few times, and I know one time was because the person left the cap off the bottle, in the 4 years of testing I have not had any problems with this happening. :(

Just got off the phone with Sal. He really seems like a great guy. He told me that it should have lasted at least 18 months as he tested the products himself. His thoughts were that it just may not have been capped tight enough the last time I used it. He also is sending me a new batch. Great guy to do business with along with a great product! :thumbs:
