Black shoe polish. Absolutely the best, little more work, but makes your tires look new and will outlast any of the liquids. It can be spiffed up with a shoe brush between aplications.

Hmmm I NEVER thought about that one... Would I have to carry around a shoe shine box in my trunk?

You only need to bring the brush, but i fyou take the whole shoe shine box, you cold make some side money at cars shows!! :D
