I put my 5 point on last week. I have the bars which are mentioned. You just move the seat forward or back to access the nuts, take all 4 off, slide the bars in and run the nuts back down. The eyebolts for the harness thread into the bar. It is the way to go. NO HOLES.
So, you obviously need two of the bars correct? If you put a cage in your car would it be better to have the shoulder straps attached to the hoop? Or does it really make a difference?

Actually it depends on you roll bar set-up. My roll bar has the cross bar on top which I mont the shoulder harness to. I also has a cross bar on the bottom of my roll bar I mount the lap belts there. When I had the 5 point I use the wolfe bar mounted to the front seat bolts for the sub belt. I am now running a 6 point harness and mount the sub belt to a Brey Krause mount. I acutcually sit on it and bring it up between my legs. I can take pics if my post does not help you.
Actually, the shoulder straps would have to go to the hoop and the side straps to the rear bar correct?
Picture #1 is shoulder straps to upper rear bar
Picture #2 is lap belts to lower rear bar
Picture #3 is the set-up with SUB BELTS on seat, I sit on these and pull up between my legs.
Pictue #4 is the bar we were talking about in the posts above. Front one is the Wolfe, back one is something I had made. These bolt to the front seat bolt holes.
No it's full custom that I had built at the local Race Car Fabrication shop. Old interior in the first pic, now has the black sport seats and black roll bar padding on the door bars and halo.
I took the rear nuts off of the driver seat and lifted the seat up, put the lap brackets down then the seat on top and tighten it up with grade 8 nuts. I also ordered the front bracket today will be here by friday.

I don't believe that to be NHRA or IHRA legal for a lap belt mount. I'm trying to find an online picture of the rule book.
Can't find it online so here it is from my book. Page number 229 of the 2006 NHRA Rule Book says...... Seat belt anchored at 45* angle to the floor of car. Crotch strap with OEM type seat may route in front of seat.
so is it saying that your not allowed to have the lap belts hooked up the way i have them. One of my buddies that run Top-sportsman said to remove your old seat belts and to hook your lap belts there. is this ok? also how do you get rid of the seat belt light on the dash when your wearing the harness?
