Default Advice

Sent a PM for advice and wanted to see if I could move it to this forum. The only way I knew to try is to save it to my documents then attach to this post as an attachment. It seems like there could be an easier way.

Default Another way to do it with the mouse

--- or place the cursor at the beginning of the text to copy and left click. Cursor should now be flashing at the beginning of the text to copy. Press and hold down left click on mouse while dragging through the text to copy. You will cover the text to copy with blue shading. When you reach the end of the text, release mouse clicker, place cursor inside text and right click (release this time). A pull down menu will appear. Put cursor over the COPY word and left click. This will put the text you have covered in a temporary location for the next step.

Place the cursor at the point in the new location or place cursor at the beginning of the text to copy. Right click the mouse and the pull down menu will appear again. Place the cursor over the PASTE word and left click the mouse. The text you covered will magically appear.

It sounds alot more complicated than Edgars advice, but once you get the hang of it, the data flies.

Good Luck

Ed
