with a .060 427, GM L88 camshaft, no porting or even gasket matching, with a 4 speed on a F70-15 bias ply tire
The Fastest Pure Stock Drag car is the L88 Corvette.

that is movin' on those bias plies. 
That is until time passes and 30+ years from now they're allowing C6 Z06s (best of 10.98@128+ in true bone stock trim, none of that .60 over stuff
) and ZR1s in to those events. 
The rules on the 'pure stock' thing for those events always intrigued me, they actually allow some internal engine mods but the cars can't have any visible bolt on mods and must be on stock tires. I like the idea of stock as in how it came from the showroom.
